How do I become a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish?
To become a registered member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish you must complete the registration form and return it to the office.

What do I need to do to have my baby baptized?
- You need to be a registered member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.
- Attendance at a Baptismal Preparation Class is required. The class lasts
approximately 11/2 hours and is held at the church. The class is intended
for adults only.- Two sponsors (Godparents) are recommended. At least one sponsor must
be a practicing Catholic.- Advanced registration is needed for the Baptismal Preparation Class.

what is the process to get married at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish?
- You need to be a registered member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.
- Contact Monsignor Dempsey at least 6 months before the planned wedding.
- Complete the parish marriage preparation process.

How do I request a Mass?
You need to contact the parish office and request a date for your Mass. There is a suggested donation of $10. A Mass can be said for a living individual, a deceased person or a special intention.

How do I request a person be added to the Prayers of the Faithful
and/or Prayer Chain?You need to contact the parish office. Before a person can be added to the Prayers of the Faithful their approval is required. We do this because some individuals do not like their name mentioned at Mass.
We also have the Prayer Chain. This is a group who sets aside time to privately pray for individuals who are on the prayer chain list.
