• Use this order form to complete your selection. Attach your payment and return it to the parish office.

• Purchase your gift cards on-line by going to shopwithscrip.com. Create an account for your family then enter our parish enrollment code. From the home page set up your PrestoPay account to allow automatic deductions from your checking account and start shopping. There is an extended list of vendors and dollar values if you shop on-line.

• ScripNow! is a printable certificate option – available for immediate printing. Use this option by going to shopwithscrip.com. Create an account for your family then enter our parish enrollment code. From the home page set up your PrestoPay account to allow automatic deductions from your checking account and start shopping. Payment must be made through PrestoPay.

Orders and payments received by the second Monday at 12noon, will be available for pick up by Friday of that same week.
